Corporate gifting and merchandising represent a massive growth channel for modern businesses, yet the traditional operational workflows behind them have long remained stagnant. Swackit launched with a mission to redefine the industry through a seamless, digital-first experience. However, their early daily operations were weighed down by intense manual overhead. Reaching out to clients, designing custom gift kits with personalized logos, and coordinating feedback loops required multiple design revisions over email and phone calls.
This traditional approach created severe friction. Finalizing a single deal routinely dragged on for 1 to 2 weeks, burning 20 to 30 man-hours across design, operations, sales, and client success teams for every single engagement. Determined to break through this scaling ceiling, Co-founder Sumeet Gupta partnered with Tweeny Technologies to replace manual friction with an automated, high-velocity digital engine.
The transformation began by tackling the client onboarding and customization bottleneck. Team Tweeny engineered a robust self-service client onboarding platform enabling users to explore ready-to-go kits instantly. Central to this was a real-time customization engine: clients could upload logos and branding assets directly onto digital products, experiencing an instant visual feedback loop that entirely eliminated traditional back-and-forth email delays. This was paired with automated quotations, instant timeline estimates, and a flexible custom kit builder that empowered clients to curate inventory precisely to their needs.

While transforming the consumer-facing experience solved client friction, Swackit's internal teams still faced fragmented workflows when managing quotations, client approvals, and delivery fulfillment. To eliminate internal bottlenecks, Tweeny’s engineering team developed an advanced, centralized admin console designed to digitalize and streamline core back-office operations.
The new console unified quotation management, inventory coordination, and dispersal tracking into a single source of truth. By enabling real-time status updates and transparent inter-team communication, the system drastically reduced human error and operational overhead. Freed from manual paperwork and administrative chasing, Swackit’s internal teams could pivot their focus entirely toward strategic growth, relationship building, and scaling client value.

Executing a digital-first platform of this scale required a sophisticated, production-grade technical stack and rigorous release management. Tweeny's engineering team managed product ideation, UX design in Figma, and full-stack development using ReactJS for the dynamic frontend web application alongside a high-performance Webflow presence.
The backend was built on a resilient micro-service architecture powered by Python (FastAPI) and PostgreSQL, ensuring fast data handling and clean scalability. To safeguard stability, automated testing frameworks like PyTest for unit and integration testing and Playwright for end-to-end testing were integrated directly into a continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline managed via Jenkins. Hosted securely on AWS infrastructure featuring EC2 and auto-scaling, the ecosystem was reinforced with enterprise-grade third-party integrations—including Sendgrid for automated mail delivery, PostHog, Amplitude, and Google Analytics for product intelligence, and Sentry for real-time frontend and backend error logging.

The digital transformation of Swackit stands as a masterclass in how automation can completely disrupt a traditional B2B service sector. By compressing client decision-making time from weeks to minutes and eliminating 20 to 30 man-hours per deal, the collaborative partnership with Tweeny Technologies turned an operational hurdle into an unstoppable engine for scale. Swackit now operates as a true digital-first category leader, proving that the right technical architecture can unlock effortless growth and exceptional customer experiences.
